We are currently prioritising urgent immigration cases for people who are vulnerable and rough sleeping, destitute and/or have children. We aim to regularise their immigration status in the UK, which assists people with access to employment, benefits, education and health.
We are currently accepting referrals only through the Sub Regional Immigration Advice project (South West Region) for homeless migrants, and through our Nest project – which supports vulnerable migrant families through four community settings in Lambeth and Southwark, offering immigration advice and support for families referred through that project.
Our Adult and Family team provides immigration advice and liaises with other agencies for the holistic support needed for those we are already assisting with their immigration issue. Our projects support refugees, asylum-seekers and other migrants who are in crisis or at risk. We recognise that there are significant barriers to accessing services for people with insecure immigration status and our services are welcoming and confidential.
For any enquiries or signposting please call us on 0203 490 3443, where we can provide basic advice and signpost you to the appropriate services.
